agree to be fully bound by the Terms & Conditions of
Mart-Lp (Market for Aspiration, Reach & Trust – Limited Partnership).
1. Platform & Service Description
Mart-Lp is a digital business platform that provides mobile recharge services,
data/internet packages, reselling & drop-shipping facilities, freelancing tools,
and various e-commerce related digital services.
The company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or update any service,
feature, or structure at any time without prior notice.
2. User Responsibilities & Conduct
- Users must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information during registration.
- Users are fully responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and all transactions.
- Mart-Lp reserves the right to take action against fraudulent or misleading activities.
3. Payments & Financial Transactions
- All payments are subject to verification and security checks.
- Successful digital services are generally non-refundable.
- Withdrawals will be processed according to the defined rules and timelines.
4. Prohibited Activities
- Illegal or fraudulent transactions are strictly prohibited.
- The use of bots, scripts, or unauthorized technologies is not allowed.
- Misusing the Mart-Lp name, brand, or identity for deception is prohibited.
5. Intellectual Property & Brand Protection
- All content, systems, and technologies belong to Mart-Lp.
- Reproduction, distribution, or reuse without written permission is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Mart-Lp is not responsible for failures or issues caused by third-party services.
- Temporary service disruptions may occur due to network or system issues.
- Any loss caused by user negligence is the user's responsibility.
- All services are provided on an “as-is” basis.
7. Legal Action & Account Control
- Legal action may be taken in cases of fraud or damage to company reputation.
- Accounts may be suspended or permanently terminated for policy violations.
